Update: Added the ECE Vehicles to the Mutator (you can download the non ECE verison below).
There are two known problems:
1. If you are running the Vehicle Pickup Mutator you can still pick up the flags while in the vehicle..., I am not sure how to change this, and it can apparently crash UT, so don't run it on a vCTF server...
2. The Cicada's Flag bone definition is ****ed, this means even though you can carry the flag in it, you cannot see it..., I reccomend that this vehicle just not carry the flag anyways...

Compatibility: You need at least the patch 3323 and the official UT2004 ECE Bonus Pack
Description:This mutator replaces some vehicles of each type by the ECE BonusPack Vehicles or all vehicles of 3 types by the BonusPack vehicles.
The mutator tries to use similar spawn points for each team base in VCTF , Onslaught or other team games.
The mutator replaces the Cicada by a fixed Cicada when you play gametypes other than Onslaught. (Crosshair anomaly)
Vehicles replacement can be changed or another vehicle can be added in the BonusVehicles.ini

Короче в кратце:
vCTF Flag Control ECE - это мутатор который позволяет использовать новые транспортные средства для перевозки флага в режиме vCTF (захват флага и использованием транспортных средств).
ECE Bonus Vehicles Replacer - мутатор который позволяет заменять транспортные средства на картах ONC, vCTF... например хелбендер можно по желанию заменить на самоходный миномёт из нового пака итп.
2k4_ripper - это старый, добрый дискомёт из UT99 но ремиксированый под UT2004 , бошки сносить им одно удовольствие :)
